Madonna sucks!
Well, let’s hope the sacrifice of giving up Madonna tickets in an effort to host the Pink Party pays off.

PINK!!
The Pink Party returns for an encore celebration, and with so much of my personal finances and energy already invested I’m a little nervous about how it will turn out. There is an estimated 500 people on the guest list, a photo shoot, website in 5 languages, special guests (maybe a couple of celebs), and tons of door prizes. There are only a few more weeks before the biggest event I’ve hosted, and the stress is quickly building.I often have to close my eyes, take a deep breath, and remind myself that a greater good will come from my efforts and I will make those supporting me proud. I guess whenever you plan an event you never really know how it’s going to end up, but something in my heart tells me this will be a successful. I’ve had to face a lot of opposition and challenges (personal and professional) while planning this thing, so I really hope this thing comes off without a hitch.
The semi private event goes down July 14 (Bastille Day) just before the opening of the Gay Games.

Blog you!
Although you might be quite excited about some new project, it's critical to build a firm foundation before jumping into the execution of your plan. It's easy now to get too far ahead of everyone else, so keep reminding yourself to slow down. A bit of prudence can help you be more effective, even if you're thinking outside of the box.

Now, thank God for our savor Bill Frist, he's going to tell that big bad devil just who's boss..."hey mister devil child kiddo, you just get your naughty potty-mouth-self back down to hell....mmmkay. Psst, would you mind taking the faggots with you?"
All this superstition and religious propaganda is a load of crap!!
Did the world come to a freeze on 12:01 a.m. 2000? NO!
Did the second coming come at the birth of the new millennium like so many believed it would? NO!!
It’s all bullshit I’m telling you! Take it from the wise words of George Carlin:
“The whole problem with this idea of obscenity and indecency, and all of these things ? bad language and whatever ? it’s all caused by one basic thing, and that is: religious superstition. … There’s an idea that the human body is somehow evil and bad and there are parts of it that are especially evil and bad, and we should be ashamed. Fear, guilt and shame are built into the attitude toward sex and the body. … It’s reflected in these prohibitions and these taboos that we have.”

Lord of the Rings
REF: CNN Report
Whether or not you believe that gay marriage should be allowed and acknowledged by our government it’s important to see past the bullshit and realize that a greater issue lays before us. We are living in a country during a period where our rights are slowly being redefined by the influence of religious conservatives, whose goal is to have a greater impact on those they deem sinful or unrighteous. The shear notion of changing our Constitution to deny the union of two people is REDICULOUS.
Tennessee Republican Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, said “Marriage between one man and one woman does a better job protecting children better than any other institution humankind has devised”. WHAT?!! How would we know what does or does not do a better job at protecting child welfare when same sex marriage isn’t even allowed? Bill Frist’s statement has no foundation or statistics to back it up. Does Mr. Frist really need a reminder the divorce rate in this country has jumped almost 50% since the 1970’s, and at least 25% of adults will have at least one divorce during their lifetime. I come from a divorced family and I can attest that the holy bond between a man and woman can be more detrimental to a child’s well being than the potential of loving gay mothers or fathers.
President Bush seems to like the gays…as a target. Especially when he needs something to divert the publics attention from bigger issues. Isn’t it ironic how anti-gay marriage seems to become the focus when there’s troubling news in Iraq (like the civil massacre in Haditha by US Soldiers, Abu Ghraib, issues of torture at Guantánamo Bay, and the whole fucking War on Terror).
When will this country open their eyes and see what’s really happening?
