to buy or not

What do you do when you know you’re going to be losing weight, but need new cloths? Do you buy for the size that you will be or do you just waste money on temporary cloths?

on the 17’s

I’m trying something new in addition to my weekly exercise routine. The goal is to whip my body down to a trim and new me. My friend suggested this Men’s Health routine testifies it works like a charm and they saw noticeable change within two weeks. Dropping 15 pounds has really been a challenge over the last few weeks, and I’ve only seen a marginal difference in weight loose. Granted my eating and drinking habits play a huge part in loosing the weight, but I’m going to try this new regimen as an added effort. So, here’s the plan for the next two weeks:

Everyday I’m going to alternate between push-ups and sit-ups in descending order from 17:
17 push-ups
17 sit-ups
16 push-ups
16 sit-ups
15 push-ups
15 sit-ups
14 push-ups
14 sit-ups
13 push-ups
13 sit-ups….
